I was delighted to find this charm last year as a small remembrance of my husband who passed away of cancer. After several months, the charm broke away from the bail. Fortunately, this occurred at home and I was able to send in the broken charm for a replacement. Yesterday, the same thing happened with the replacement piece although I did not notice until I returned home and took off the bracelet (on which the charm had been hanging). Only the bail remains which means I have nothing to submit for replacement. Given that I had two of these charms in less than a year, and both broke in the same way, I do not recommend this product. I’m not a particularly active person and don’t wear the bracelet/charm everyday, so there seems to be a manufacturing issue.
